Packages are available in 5, 10, 15, or 25-hour per year increments. This program allows your small business to obtain the services of an attorney who is familiar with your company, personnel and business culture without worrying about being charged every time you need to ask a question or have a contract reviewed. You have an attorney who is a member of your team. Our In-House Counsel program allows you to grow your business with less worry about the bottom line and lets you budget for your legal expenditures accordingly. Our team of attorneys includes individuals with significant Human Resources experience and allows us to address issues such as severance issues, compliance with employment laws and regulations, discrimination and employee handbook preparation in addition to other legal issues. As a part of this program you receive:
- Free initial consultation: Two attorneys at your location for up to two hours each to meet your management staff and provide your business with a free evaluation of your needs. This is an immediate $1000 value.
- Discounted hourly rate for package hours, equivalent to one free hour for every five hours spent on legal services
