Importantly, we represent only franchisees and independent franchisee associations.  Our services include:

• Franchisee representation in negotiations, settlements, mediation, arbitration and litigation in regard to the total life-cycle of the franchise / franchisor relationship – from inception to exit;
• Routine franchise matters requiring skilled legal representation, including landlord-tenant, construction, information technology, marketing, etc.
• Creation, organization, management and representation of independent franchisee associations.

Among other individual engagements, we currently represent several independent franchisees and former franchisees of Brooke Franchise Corporation, which franchises insurance agency locations throughout the country.  We are currently involved in several ongoing arbitration proceedings involving these franchisees.
